CARACAS.- La ministra de Educaci\u00f3n Universitaria, Ana Mar\u00eda Sanju\u00e1n, expres\u00f3 que la nueva Ley de Universidades en el pa\u00eds debe ser aprobada por consenso y luego (el proyecto) ir a la Asamblea Nacional para que sea refrendada, con la esperanza de que esto \u00faltimo se haga por unanimidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abTenemos 12 comisiones para estudiar todo el tema sustantivo \u00bfC\u00f3mo se aprueba una carrera, por qu\u00e9 se aprueba? \u00bfQu\u00e9 requisitos se tienen? Tenemos 6.700 oportunidades de estudio en pregrado; \u00bfson suficientes? \u00bfSon muchas? \u00bfSon las que necesita el pa\u00eds? Esa es la pregunta que nos estamos haciendo\u00bb, <\/em><\/strong>declar\u00f3 la titular de Educaci\u00f3n Universitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las declaraciones las hizo al ser entrevistada por el periodista Vladimir Villegas<\/mark><\/strong> en el programa Entre L\u00edneas<\/mark><\/strong>, transmitido por Uni\u00f3n Radio<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>, en el que asegur\u00f3 que ese trabajo de las comisiones se sumar\u00e1 a la discusi\u00f3n del nuevo instrumento legal que regir\u00e1 la educaci\u00f3n superior en Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plante\u00f3 que debe darse una discusi\u00f3n sobre el sistema de ingreso a las universidades, porque hay varios y aun sigue habiendo estudiantes que se quedan fuera del sistema unviersitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indic\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o se asignaron a trav\u00e9s del sistema (Opsu) 237.754 cupos, cuando los disponibles fueron 363.971, y quedaron por asignar 133.199 estudiantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abDe los j\u00f3venes que tuvieron un promedio todo el bachillerato entre 19 y 19,9 se quedaron 1.291 afuera y de los chamos que tuvieron 18 y 18,99 (de promedio) se quedaron afuera 6.425\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la ministra.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
