CARACAS.- La presidenta encargada, Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, <\/strong>instal\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles un taller con los representantes de la ONU en Venezuela para hacer una revisi\u00f3n del plan de reconstrucci\u00f3n para el pa\u00eds luego de los terremotos del 24 de junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mandataria hizo un reconocimiento del trabajo del sistema de Naciones Unidas en la primera etapa de rescate y salvamento de vidas e indic\u00f3 los objetivos a cumplir en el nuevo per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abAhora estamos trabajando en esta etapa de recuperaci\u00f3n; recuperarnos y reconstruir. Es un trabajo que visualizo de evaluaci\u00f3n de necesidades post terremoto y este marco de recuperaci\u00f3n resiliente, lo veo m\u00e1s all\u00e1, no es solamente recuperar lo que se ten\u00eda, es ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Rodr\u00edguez.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el doblete impact\u00f3 en sectores en pobreza y por eso insisti\u00f3 a Naciones Unidas que se pasara a una etapa de desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abSuperemos la dimensi\u00f3n humanitaria y vayamos a una etapa de recuperaci\u00f3n y reconstrucci\u00f3n que tenga como centro el ser humano en todas las su dimensi\u00f3n\u00bb, subray\u00f3 la mandataria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asegur\u00f3 que no se trata solamente un inventario de escombros, o la recuperaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura, sino impactar en los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables socioecon\u00f3micamente hablando y como el doble terremoto tuvo efectos devastadores en sus vidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
