Lo cual significa que la actualizaci\u00f3n de las normativas tiene que ir dirigida en respeto del territorio que tenemos actualmente\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunado a la planificaci\u00f3n, Milll\u00e1n sostuvo que tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;<strong>se debe incentivar una cultura s\u00edsmica no solo en La Guaira, sino en todo el territorio nacional<\/strong>.&nbsp;<em>\u00abSomos un pa\u00eds s\u00edsmico de alto riesgo y sobre todo en la zona costera con esas placas\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La directora del CVCS afirm\u00f3 que&nbsp;<em>\u00abhay que tener responsabilidad\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;al momento de construir, pero donde&nbsp;<em>\u00abse diga no es no\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;para no poner en riesgo las edificaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puede leer:&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/unionradio.net\/4-490-muertos-y-mas-de-16-000-heridos-deja-doblete-sismico-en-venezuela\/\">4.490 muertos y m\u00e1s de 16.000 heridos deja doblete s\u00edsmico en Venezuela<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte,&nbsp;<strong>Carlos Dobobuto, presidente del CVCS<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 que Venezuela es un pa\u00eds s\u00edsmico y se deben&nbsp;<strong>evaluar constantemente los c\u00f3digos de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;y con eso dar paso a la obra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u00abPa\u00edses como Chile, por ejemplo, se han adaptado muy bien a sus c\u00f3digos de construcci\u00f3n que han venido actualiz\u00e1ndose. Nosotros tenemos el reto de aprovechar la lamentable situaci\u00f3n para tener all\u00ed un laboratorio vivo de investigaci\u00f3ny desarrollo\u00bb.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobobuto recalc\u00f3 que hay expertos internacionales para colaborar en la elaboraci\u00f3n de edificaciones junto con la C\u00e1mara Venezolana de Construcci\u00f3n (CVC) para evaluar diversas aristas relacionadas al tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u00abTodos estamos llamados a crear unas infraestructuras resilientes, eficientes y sostenibles.
