CARACAS.- El alcalde del municipio Chacao, Gustavo Duque, inform\u00f3 que se<\/strong> logr\u00f3 un acuerdo con 27 bancos y m\u00e1s de 20 empresas de seguro para garantizar el rescate de infraestructuras con criterio rojo que puedan ser salvadas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abLos edificios criterios rojos van a ser evaluados y apadrinados por los bancos y empresas de seguro contra beneficios tributarios que va a dar la Alcald\u00eda durante los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os. Ellos van a apadrinar la reparaci\u00f3n de los edificios que sean rescatables de criterio rojo y nosotros le daremos descuentos por los pr\u00f3ximos<\/em><\/strong> dos a\u00f1os en materia tributaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir del lunes, los t\u00e9cnicos iniciar\u00e1n la revisi\u00f3n para determinar si pueden ser reforzados los edificios con etiquetas rojas o deben pasar a demolici\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los vecinos cuyas viviendas presentan criterio rojo <\/strong>y no cuentan con una opci\u00f3n de reguardo, tienen a disposici\u00f3n 450 habitaciones de los hoteles de Chacao, por un plazo inicial de dos meses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sobre el caso de los edificios con criterio amarillo se conoci\u00f3 que estos pasar\u00e1n a un proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n para determinar la forma de canalizar la ayuda.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el municipio Chacao hay 464 edificaciones con criterio verde; 95 con clasificaci\u00f3n amarilla y 36 con coloro rojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El criterio verde establece que se puede habitar el edificio porque solo tiene da\u00f1os leves o no registra ninguna afectaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La clasificaci\u00f3n amarilla significa que la estructura tiene da\u00f1os que no compromete la estructura y que se puede ingresar a sacar escombros e iniciar los trabajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre tanto, la etiqueta roja proh\u00edbe el ingreso a la estructura y se pasa el edificio a una mesa t\u00e9cnica de revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde el pasado 24 de junio, la Alcald\u00eda de Chacao ha recibido 1.413 solicitudes de personas afectadas y registra 164 incidencias de diferente \u00edndole, entre ellas fugas de gas y botes de agua.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
